Getting Started
Everything you need to begin your learning journey
- Visit the Online Courses or Offline Courses page and browse available programs.
- Click the "Enroll Now" button on your chosen course.
- If you don't have an account, click "Sign Up" from the top navigation to create one — it's free.
- Complete the payment process via your preferred payment method.
- Once payment is confirmed, the course will appear in your Student Dashboard under "My Learning".
After logging in, navigate to your Student Dashboard by clicking your name in the top navigation bar and selecting "My Learning". All your enrolled courses will be listed there. Click any course to continue from where you left off.
/Student
- Check your credentials: Make sure you're using the email address you registered with and the correct password.
- Reset your password: Click "Forgot Password?" on the login page and follow the email instructions.
- Check your email inbox (including spam/junk) for the password reset link.
- Browser issues: Try clearing your browser cache or use a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
- Still stuck? Contact our support team with your registered email address.
Account & Profile
Manage your personal details and account settings
To change your password while logged in:
- Click your name in the top navigation and select "Profile".
- Go to the "Security" or "Change Password" section.
- Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
- Click "Save Changes". You'll receive a confirmation email.
Visit your Profile page via the top navigation dropdown. You can update your name, phone number, city, profile photo, and bio from there. All changes are saved immediately after clicking "Save".
- Check your Spam / Junk folder first.
- Make sure you used the correct email address when signing up.
- Wait a few minutes — delivery can sometimes be delayed.
- Log in and use the "Resend Verification Email" option from your dashboard.
- If still not received, contact us with your registered email for manual verification.
Payments & Refunds
Billing, transactions, and refund information
We accept a wide range of payment methods for your convenience:
- UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Net Banking (all major banks)
- Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- Debit Cards
- EMI options (select cards)
- Bank Transfer / NEFT
All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if the course content has been accessed for less than 20%. To request a refund:
- Email us at info@sharevega.com with your order ID and reason for refund.
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment source.

Yes, a GST-compliant tax invoice is automatically generated and emailed to you upon successful payment. You can also download it anytime from your Student Dashboard under "My Orders". If you need a revised invoice with company details (GSTIN), contact us within 30 days of purchase.
Technical Issues
Browser, video playback, and app support
ShareVega works best on the following browsers (latest versions recommended):
Internet Explorer is not supported. If you experience issues, please update your browser.
If you're experiencing video playback issues, try these steps:
- Check your internet speed — we recommend at least 5 Mbps for HD video.
- Reduce video quality — use the quality selector (⚙ icon) to switch to 480p.
- Clear browser cache — go to browser settings and clear cached files and cookies.
- Disable browser extensions — ad blockers or VPNs can sometimes interfere.
- Try a different browser — switch to Chrome or Firefox.
- Restart your router and reconnect to the internet.
The ShareVega app is available on the Google Play Store for Android devices:
iOS (App Store) version is coming soon. Use the web platform on Safari for the best experience on iPhone/iPad.
