At ShareVega, we are committed to providing high-quality stock market education. We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to ensure a fair and transparent refund process for all our students.

This policy applies to all digital courses purchased on the ShareVega platform. By enrolling in any course, you agree to the terms described in this Refund Policy.

02 Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:

Within 7 Days of Purchase
Your refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Less Than 20% Course Completed
You must not have completed more than 20% of the course content (videos watched, lessons accessed).
No Certificate Issued
A completion certificate must not have been issued or downloaded for the course.
No Live Sessions Attended
You must not have participated in any live Q&A or mentoring sessions included with the course.
Note: Refund eligibility is determined at the time of processing. Our system tracks course progress and session attendance automatically.

03 How to Request a Refund

05 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances:

Live Sessions Already Attended
Any live Q&A, webinar, or mentoring session you have joined cannot be refunded.
Certificates Already Issued
If a completion certificate has been generated or downloaded, the purchase is non-refundable.
Requests After 7 Days
Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the purchase date will not be considered.
Courses More Than 20% Completed
If you have accessed more than 20% of the course content, you are not eligible for a refund.
Promotional or Discounted Purchases
Courses purchased during special promotions, flash sales, or at a discount greater than 50% are non-refundable.
Course Bundles / Combo Packs
Bundle or combo packages are sold as a whole and cannot be partially refunded.
